Make a profile as a venue to let everyone know about your great specials and upcoming shows at your place, or as an artist to promote your music and upcoming shows and get voted up to the top of the charts to win great prizes!

For the rest of you, make a profile as a fan of music where you can vote for artists, find new local musicians and venues and be a part of the discovery of thousands of new and up and coming artists around the world!

The charts will show the artists in order of current vote count and ranking based on a 5 star system determined by fans and other artists on the site. At the end of every 90 day period, the artist with the highest vote count, rating and in the #1 spot on the national charts and complies with all contest rules will win the GRAND PRIZE for that period* which is displayed under the countdown clock on the homepage.

Now the fun part! Every other sunday starting the May 5th The Hills Bar & Grille in Rochester hills, Michigan will be hosting an open mic contest. We are searching for the best undiscovered talent in the state to play an exclusive showcase concert. The winners will be chosen every 3 months. The artist with the most votes on their profile page from the open mic contest will be declared the winner and will play a live showcase concert. All participants must create a full artist profile on the site in order to be entered. All participants also must attend atleast 3 of the open mic contest nights in order to be eligible. The Hills Bar & grille is located at 6810 N Rochester rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48306. Any questions can be answered by contacting us through the "contact us" tab on the top of the screen. Prizes are all given by local businesses and provided free of charge to the winner by My Chance At Fame .com. Each artist or fan will be allowed only one vote per artist, per period to keep down the "multi-voters" and make a fair contest for all musicians.(unless voting is placed at the location of the event). This means that it is prohibited to vote multiple times by using a different email account for the same artist. If this happens and is found, the vote will be deleted and not count towards the total number of votes. All artists that want to participate, MUST register ahead of time through the "contact us" link on the website. ONLY THE FIRST 10 ARTISTS TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE WILL BE GUARANTEED A SPOT TO PLAY. If there is room, there will be 5 spots available for walk ins, but walk ins will NOT be guaranteed a spot to play. Bring as many fans as you can so they can vote for you to win! Fans will be able to vote as many times as they want for each artist ONLY at the location of the contest and ONLY during the performance. Fans are able to vote from home as well, but will be limited to only one vote per artist. So, bring in all of your fans to get the most votes possible. At the end of the 3 month period, the artist with the most votes, will win the grand prize of playing an exclusive showcase at The Hills and other great prizes as well as a feature spot on the homepage of the site to maximize your online presence and to show off your victory to the world!

We want to make sure artists have the opportunity to win great prizes to help further their music and hope to have the prizes grow larger and become even better over time with the growth of the site, so play fair, have fun, and BE DISCOVERED!

My Chance At Fame holds the right to refuse or change prizes without previous notice if the company suspects fraudulent voting or any other reason seen fit to company.

* Artists must have a minimum of 100 votes to be eligible for any prizes
** contest prizes including promotional packs, shirts or other heavy materials will only be shipped in the continental U.S.. GIft cards or paper materials will be shipped worldwide. If an artist outside of the U.S. wins a contest, shipping arrangements may be charged to the winner for certain prizes if agreed by winner.
